Five Restaurants Planned for Old Henry Middletown Kentucky

Five Restaurants Planned for Old Henry- Middletown KY 40243

"Residents of Lake Forest and the general Middletown area have long wanted
higher-quality alternatives to the many fast-food restaurants along Shelbyville
Road.
They'll get their wish next year if a developer's plan pans
out.
Jefferson Development Group and Fred Faulkner of Faulkner Real Estate
are planning up to five restaurants at the northeast corner of Old Henry Road
and the Snyder Freeway.
Jefferson Development President Rob Webber said the
goal is to attract "sit-down, family" restaurants where patrons order from a
waiter, though none have signed on yet and he wouldn't rule out "a sprinkling of
fast food."
He said the development might look similar to the Villages of
Audubon next to Norton Audubon Hospital on Poplar Level Road, where his company
built a Qdoba Mexican Grill and a Panera Bread. Traditional fast-food
restaurants with drive-though lanes are also possible, he said, but the company
thinks the market favors upscale restaurants.
The planned buildings are 4,500
to 7,000 square feet, large enough for sit-down restaurants but generally too
big for fast food, he said......Old Henry Rd Middletown Kentucky
